- Support the dialogue-related components of projects led by civil society partners and co-develop joint initiatives focusing on youth engagement and gender inclusion.
- Provide advisory support to integrate and strengthen the "School of Dialogue" initiative in training and peacebuilding processes.
- Encourage the use of artistic expression in dialogue processes, leveraging doual'art's experience and youth participation.
- Assess the organisational development needs of doual'art and co-develop implementation strategies.
- Coordinate with partner organisations in the Southwest on initiatives related to historical narratives, inter-ethnic and intergenerational dialogue, and youth participation.
- Contribute to monitoring outcomes and improving methodologies.
- Support the integration of conflict sensitivity, a human rights-based approach, and gender perspectives in all project activities.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Master's degree in social or political sciences, peace and conflict studies, humanities, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in peacebuilding, dialogue facilitation, and conflict transformation.
- Competence in using arts and culture in social transformation and experience working with youth.
- Work experience in fragile contexts; knowledge of Cameroon is a plus.
- Experience working with civil society and strong partner-oriented advisory skills.
- High tolerance for frustration, autonomy, and flexibility required.
- Ability to work in multicultural teams and sensitivity to racism and colonial legacies.
- Fluency in both French and English.
