- Preparing and serving a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and other beverages.
- Following standard recipes while also proposing original creations.
- Ensuring each drink is served with aesthetic and professional presentation.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.
- Assisting in stock management, daily restocking, and minimizing waste.
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end establishment (bar, lounge, restaurant, etc.).
- Training in hospitality, bartending, or mixology is a strong asset.
- Excellent knowledge of international cocktails (Mojito, Margarita, Martini, Daiquiri, etc.).
- Mastery of bartending techniques: shaking, muddling, stirring, layering, flaming, etc.
- Solid understanding of spirits, liqueurs, syrups, bitters, and other bar ingredients.
- Ability to balance flavors (sour, sweet, bitter, strong) and adapt recipes to customers’ preferences.
- Strong skills in drink decoration and presentation (garnishes, glassware, ice, etc.).
- Excellent grooming and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, fast execution, and precision.
- Good communication skills (French required; English is a plus).
- Team spirit, politeness, punctuality, and stress resistance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening/night shifts (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
