- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers.
- Process invoices and reconciling accounts payable monthly.
- Ensure on a daily basis the posting of outgoing payments.
- Update the supplier's tax records and tracking files.
- Keep up to date the 5.5% withholding tax statement in accordance with the model provided by the Tax Authority,
- Track the availability of 5.5% withholding tax certificates on the Tax Authority website and make feedback to the Manager if any issue for further actions that they are available on their platform.
- Monitor the update of declarations and contributions to the NSIF.
- Helping prepare statements and other documents needed to perform Group and Statutory financial reports.
- Reconcile bank transactions on a weekly basis.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks related to finance and accounting, such as filing,
- Responsible for maintaining updated various supplier summary files (tax documents, withholding Tax 5.5%, purchases) for Statutory closing and Tax Authorities controls,
- Ensure that accounting and administrative documents are filed within the dedicated timeframe.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree in accounting with a minimum of 2 years of experience,
- proficient use of MS Excel skills,
- Experience with accounting software SAP is a plus,
- Good knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
