- Bring creative ideas for social media campaigns and special activations (quarterly campaigns, community-driven initiatives, etc.).
- Work closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to ensure consistency, creativity, and measurable results across all platforms.
- Support content production, community engagement, and campaign execution.
- Suggest innovative formats (short videos, reels, collaborations, gamified).
- Contribute with the team to align content with brand objectives.
- Build and manage Social Media calendars for multiple brands.
- Write captions, schedule posts, and ensure daily content delivery.
- Support video production: draft scripts, coordinate with freelancers, and review final videos.
- Create static image posts in Figma and collaborate with design for visuals when needed.
- Research and curate content from websites to identify the most engaging materials for social media.
- Manage community engagement by replying to comments/messages and fostering audience interaction.
- Track performance and provide insights from analytics to optimize content and posting strategy.
- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media management or digital marketing.
- Strong writing skills for captions and storytelling (advanced or fluent English).
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business suite, or similar).
- Experience collaborating with designers, freelancers, or content creators.
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret metrics and suggest improvements.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to use AI tools (especially ChatGPT), including creating and using GPT agents, to support daily tasks.
