  • A stamped application addressed to the Rector of the University of Bertoua.
  • A certified photocopy of the birth certificate.
  • A detailed and signed curriculum vitae.
  • Certified photocopies of all diplomas from the Baccalaureate or GCE Advanced Level onwards.
  • One copy of the PhD thesis, dissertation, or equivalent.
  • A certificate of presentation of the original of the highest diploma.
  • Copies of articles or publications, if applicable.
  • For candidates with a Master's as their highest diploma, attach the thesis selection decision and a duly signed progress report on the thesis work.
  • A medical certificate issued by a public hospital physician.
  • Four 4x4 identity photos.
  • A photocopy of the National Identity Card.
  • A copy of the N°3 criminal record.
  • A certificate of nationality.
  • Any document proving pedagogical experience.
  • A sworn statement attesting to the authenticity of the documents and the candidate's effective availability.
  • For candidates with disabilities, a copy of the disability card.
