- Support financial planning: The financial planning & treasury specialist will assist the financial planning manager in developing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Treasury management: This role will be responsible for managing cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements, ensuring that the company has the necessary resources to meet its operational needs.
- Financial analysis: The specialist will conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights into financial performance and trends.
- Cash flow monitoring: Responsible for monitoring cash flow and preparing cash flow forecasts to ensure that the company maintains adequate liquidity.
- Banking relationships: The role involves managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with banking agreements.
- Support to financial reporting: Provide necessary information and documentation to support financial reporting and audits related to financial planning and treasury activities.
Key tasks
- Financial planning support: Assist in the preparation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Treasury activities: Manage daily cash flow and liquidity, ensuring that funds are available for operational needs and investments.
- Cash flow forecasting: Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts, analyzing trends and identifying potential cash shortfalls.
- Banking relationship management: Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage accounts, negotiate fees, and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including scenario analysis and profitability assessments.
- Reporting and documentation: Assist in the preparation of reports related to financial planning and treasury activities, providing documentation for audits as required.
- Compliance monitoring: Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies related to financial planning and treasury functions.
- Forecast accuracy: Timeliness and accuracy of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Cash flow management efficiency: Effectiveness in managing cash flow and liquidity, with minimal cash shortfalls.

Expected educational qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
