- Act as first point of contact for user IT queries
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing tools
- Log and track incidents in the corporate ticketing system (EasyVista)
- IT Infrastructure Support
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
- Provide support for corporate applications (Microsoft 365, SCOPE, WINGS/SAP, COMET, email systems)
- IT Asset Management
- Maintain inventory records in GEMS
- Support deployment, transfer, and disposal of ICT equipment
- Assist with physical verification and reconciliation of IT assets
- Training & Documentation
- Provide ICT training and user orientation
- Draft and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Compliance & Cybersecurity
- Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection policies
- Report and support investigations of cybersecurity incidents
- Other Duties
- Provide technical support during events and workshops
- Perform other tasks as required
- Completion of secondary school required
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required
- University degree is an asset
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or network administration
- Experience with UN, NGOs, or international organizations is an advantage
- Familiarity with WFP systems (SCOPE, WINGS, COMET) is a plus
- Fluency in English and French (Level C)
