- Acquire new corporate customers in Cameroon (and rest of CEMAC region as we expand)
- Implement strategies for retaining customers while increasing their volume
- Drive revenue growth
- Map out the competitive landscape in CMR (Track competitor pricing) and where our value proposition lies
- Refine our sales pitch and build compelling sales materials
- Test different acquisition channels and build new processes to scale the ones that work
- Be the voice of the customer — and work with our product and ops team to make sure we are meeting the needs and expectations of our customers, in a localized way
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales leadership position in a high-performing environment, ideally in the fintech or startup space
- Results-driven mindset
- Highly resourceful and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French
- “No task too small” mindset
- Previous experience at early-stage VC-backed start-up, or at top-tier consultancy, etc.
- Previous experience working in or with emerging markets
- Previous experience building and working with online CRM tools
- You care about our mission and believe the current situation facing African businesses is unfair
