Intern who will support vehicle management and maintenance operations.
Reports to: Senior Procurement & Purchasing Officer
Location: Yaounde
Duration: six (06) months renewableMajor Functions
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Procurement and Purchasing Officer (SPPO), the
incumbent will provide general logistics support to WWF CCO as follow.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Vehicle fleet management:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to vehicles (documents, insurance, maintenance
- Assist with fuel consumption analysis, review of stock cards for consumables, review of
- Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Help organize vehicle rotations and optimize vehicle use.
- Check the condition of vehicles before/after use, report any incidents or repair needs.
- Keep usage, consumption and maintenance dashboards up to date.
- Support the team in planning and monitoring maintenance operations for office
- Follow up on service requests, coordinate with service providers and ensure that
- Participate in the management of the inventory of non-rolling equipment and materials.
- Contribute to the management of stocks of supplies and consumables related to vehicles
- Support the receipt of orders and the organization of storage spaces.
- Participate in the development and implementation of logistics procedures (security, key

Profile:Required Profile
- Higher education in logistics, management, transport or similar fields and/or professional
- At least one year of progressive professional experience in Administration/Logistics
- Interest in fleet management and/or technical maintenance.
- Rigorous, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (Excel, Word, etc.), knowledge of logistics management tools
- Availability, ability to manage a variety of tasks and follow instructions.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization competence, with attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent team player with good networking and interpersonal skills.
- Results oriented, deliver quality service and in a timely manner.
- Trustworthy: establishes a relation of trust with employees through openness, adherence
- Strong oral and written communication
