- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in compliance with Cameroonian labor laws.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and social security contributions.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and contract changes.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and ensure payroll practices remain compliant.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role in Cameroon.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll calculations, tax laws, and employment contracts in Cameroon.
- Must have experience in Payrolls Management with HRM Company .
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential data.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., Sage, SAP, etc.).
